Douglas Storrie Labels Ltd is committed to continually provide an unparalleled level of service producing tickets and self-adhesive labels to the highest standard of quality, and to always understand customer needs and strive to exceed their requirements.

The pursuit of the required quality of service to it's customer's is essential to a long term growth survival of the business. In pursuing this policy, Douglas Storrie Labels Ltd belives in the concept of the customer and the company working together and using the comments obtained for continual improvments in quality and efficency.

Documented objectives are set and reviewed by the company during Managment Review Meetings.

In order to ensure that the service is of the required quality, the Company involves all staff and the objectives are communicated as wide as possible. Practical assistance and training will be given, where necessary, to ensure that knowledge and experience is aquired for the succesful implementation of this policy.

The company seeks to achive the above objectives by maintaining and effectively managed Quality Assurance System that complies with the requirements of :

BS EN ISO 9001: 2015
