Flexographic printing is a highly versatile printing solution for labels, tickets and tags; with a combination of speed and quality, your printing can be used for just about anything with just about any type of application. Flexographic labels are, for example, widely used for marketing of packaged goods because they are economical in large runs, can be printed onto a wide range of substrates and have a wide range of finishing options.
If you need large quantities of labels, tickets or tags, our flexographic presses can achieve quicker line speeds than digital and therefore provide better economy and value. Flexographic printing allows in-line combination printing with other processes, such as foiling and varnishing, which can integrate a high degree of design flexibility for an eye-catching appearance.
Our range of finishes for flexographic printing, include UV and water-based inks, gloss/matt/matt textured varnish, gloss/matt laminates and cold foiling. Our flexographic presses are fitted with roll turnover bars so we can offer doubled sided printing and spot adhesive labels. If you have a specific finish you need, please ask.
In total, we have four different flexographic presses which can run prints up to 320mm wide and print up to eight colours to achieve any colour combination and finish.
